Best Lectures

My three all time favorite lectures were the lecture on desire, the lecture on egalitarianism, and the lecture on perception. The desire lection was definitely my all time favorite. I learned so much about "A Streetcar Named Desire" and also about desires in our life. I enjoyed that fishbowl because everyone was so eager to share their own thoughts on the topic. I never thought of the difference of inherent desire and created desire before that lecture but now I think about the differences all the time.
My second favorite lecture was the lecture on egalitarianism. Before this lecture I didn't even know what egalitarianism was. I learned a great deal from this lecture. For starters, egalitarianism means a belief in human equality, a social philosophy that promotes for the removal of any inequality among people. I also learned that we see equality in a lot of places that I never thought of before.
My third favorite lecture was the lecture on perception. This lecture helped me a great deal when reading "A Streetcar Named Desire" Before this lecture I knew what the definition of perception was but I didn't really apply it at all in my daily life. I learned that our perception of others is different from person to person.
